Chicago Skyway tolls are set to go up on January 1st.
The rate for two-axle vehicles on the nearly 8-mile shortcut from Chicago to Indiana will rise from $6.60 to $7.20.
Fares for vehicles with more than two axles are also going up, including on semis or trucks towing trailers.
