Sangamon County Coroner Jim Allmon has confirmed that a 70-year-old Clinton man died just days after he was able to escape from his burning home.
Lubertus Cleeton died at Springfield Memorial Hospital from injuries he suffered in the Nov. 20 fire.
The coroner has also identified the 53-year-old woman killed Friday night near the Sangamon County-Christian County Line as Toni Cleaton of Kincaid.
Both cases are still under investigation.
