My wife and I are always binging shows. It’s one of our favorite things to do. Now when I say shows, this can mean both TV shows and movies. Usually we don’t have too difficult of a time deciding on what to watch, but there are those shows that pop up and we both know we will love.

One show that came along recently was “At Home with the Fury’s.” When it comes to these types of reality shows, it really depends on who the main subjects are for me to be into it or not. For example, I can’t get into too many of the house wives or the Kardashian’s. For me, it’s the incredible importance of having nice things that comes from those shows I’m really not about too much. “At Home With The Fury’s” however deals with issues like: purpose, mental health, family dynamic and more.

I was unaware of who Tyson Fury was, but that’s only because I was never really into boxing. You ask most anybody else; they will tell you he is NOW the second best boxer who ever lived. His move from first to second did not come that long ago.

The real draw of this show is Tyson’s openness about his mental health struggles. I think in this day and age, for us to continue to diminish the stigma that goes with mental health, we need successful people to talk about their own struggles – and he does, openly. It comes off Netflix, which most people have, and I fully recommend checking it out. For me it has been entertaining while at the same time reminding me to make sure I am taking care of my own mental health.

Check out the trailer for the show below. Enjoy!
