New On Queue has been on the air for nearly two months! I hope you are all enjoying this specialty show as much as I am. If you listen in the mornings, you know I am very passionate about new music and finding new bands. So some good news to share, beginning September 2nd, New On Queue goes to two hours! Each Saturday night starting on that date the show will now air 8-10 PM giving us the chance to share more new music as well as highlight more local, regional and Midwest bands.

Let’s get into what we shared this past Saturday! First off, we added “Surrogates”, the new single from Red. The song will be on the band’s upcoming album “Rated R” which is out September 29th. The guys in Pistols At Dawn continued on Saturday nights with their new single “Fly” and we also continued to play the very strong tracks from The Warning “More” and Uncured “Fight This War. Enjoy this quick recap!

The guys right here from Springfield are the first repeat local band we have featured! This past Saturday we grabbed another track from their “Fragments” EP with “Self-Inflicted.” We also debuted another band from St. Louis with It Comes In Waves and their song, “Not Too Late.” Also, we had a previous artist spotlight band resurface with Blame My Youth and their latest single, “Prizefighter.” The guys are based out of Chicago and made their New On Queue debut.
