Former Illinois Governor Bruce Rauner is back in Illinois, a rare return trip to the state he governed for four years.
Rauner and his wife Diana moved to Florida shortly after he lost his bid for a second term to Democrat JB Pritzker.
Rauner will visit the State Capitol Monday for the unveiling of his official portrait.
