Two of my favorite things… Blues and BBQ. This weekend there just so happens to be a festival that celebrates both right here Downtown, Springfield.
I had the chance to sit down with the creator and runner of this great event happening this Friday and Saturday. Barry Friedman has been making this event happen for 18 years. You can expect vendors with BBQ of all kinds and a line of of music that will keep you coming back all weekend.
The stellar line-up of local & national acts include Friday’s headliner NICK MOSS BAND with BROTHER JOHN KATTKE & ANDREW DUNCANSON featuring ANSON FUNDERBURGH & Saturday’s headliner legendary performer CURTIS SALGADO!
