Ticket sales are underway for this year’s professional golf tournament in Springfield… while last year’s event pays dividends for local health programs.
Organizers of the Memorial Health Championship sponsored by LRS announced the donation of $50,000 to Memorial Health foundations from the proceeds of the 2021 tournament. The Memorial Health Championship is part of the Korn Ferry Tour, a PGA event that identifies up and coming new stars in the world of golf. The $50,000 donation will be split among the five foundations operated by Memorial Health in Springfield and four other Central Illinois cities. Meanwhile, tickets are now available for this year’s event, July 14th through 17th at Panther Creek Country Club.
