The Springfield Journal-Register reports that the Springfield Clinic is opening two new facilities.
The new pediatrics facility is located on Old Jacksonville Road, while a new lab facility at the corner of 7th Street and South Grand Avenue East will be fully operational by the end of October.
While the pediatrics facility is for younger patients, it will also include a coffee shop for caffeine-deprived adults who accompany them.
And the new lab will include a drive-through, an innovation introduced during COVID-19 which has proven popular with patients.
