The Associated Press reports that the Kerch Bridge connecting Crimea to Russia’s mainland was damaged by what Russian officials say was a Ukrainian drone.

Ukrainian officials seemed to imply responsibility for the attack, which is the second major strike on the bridge since October when a truck bomb blew up two of its sections. The bridge is a key artery for supplying Crimea, which Russia captured from Ukraine in 2014.

A video posted by Crimea 24 online news channel showed a section of the bridge tilted and hanging down, but there was no indication that any portion had fallen into the water.
