A one-time top official in JB Pritzker’s successful 2018 campaign for governor will play a key role in President Biden’s re-election bid.

Quentin Fulks was deputy campaign manager for Pritzker when the billionaire ran against and defeated incumbent Republican Governor Bruce Rauner.

Fulks also managed Raphael Warnock’s winning bid for U.S. Senate in Georgia. He’s now been promoted to the principal deputy campaign manager for Biden’s push for a second term.

Meanwhile, Politico reports that Democratic U.S. Senator Tammy Duckworth of Illinois will be a campaign co-chair for Biden.
