In his last game ever as a Chicago Blackhawk Jonathan Toews scored a goal but it wasn’t enough as the Hawks fell at home to the Philadelphia Flyers in the regular season finale 5-4 the final. Toews played 16 seasons for the Hawks and leaves as the Hawks longest tenured Captain in team history.

Elsewhere on the ice last night, the St. Louis Blues ended their season by getting shutout in Dallas by the Stars 1-0 the final.

The Blues weren’t the only St. Louis team to get shutout last night as the St. Louis Cardinals fell to the Pittsburgh Pirates at Busch 5-0 the final. Not only did the Cards lose the game, but Jordan Walker’s 12-game hit streak also came to an end. The Cards and Pirates battle again tonight at Busch.

After a day off yesterday, both Chicago baseball teams are back in action tonight. The Cubs are in LA to take on the Dodgers, while the White Sox host the Baltimore Orioles at the Rate.

Plus, in the NBA it is another play-in game tonight for the Chicago Bulls as they are in Miami to take on the Heat. A win and the Bulls advance to take on the Milwaukee Bucks in the first round; a loss, and the Bulls season is over. Tip-off for Bulls and Heat is scheduled for 6p CT
