It was a great and busy week of getting four more interviews done this week. Going into the week I had interviews set up with Crooked Ways out of Pennsylvania, Spencer and Aaron of Underoath and Cam of the Oregon-based band Veio. Then late in /the afternoon on Wednesday came a last-minute offer to interview Chris Daughtry. Not even a trip to the DMV could keep me from getting my interview request and time in to chat with the guy who has one of the biggest songs in rock right now! Be sure to check out all the interviews below.

First up was chatting with Nick and Steve of Crooked Ways. Check out the interview and their new single, “izzit” HERE. They were also your Artist Spotlight band from yesterday. The guys got to be the first to answer the question of “What are your favorite complete albums?”

Up next was getting to chat with Spencer and Aaron of Underoath. I first heard the band on Madden 07 when the video game franchise actually featured rock bands, it was wonderful! We chatted about their new  song”Let Go” and the guys took over with their love of albums. Check it out HERE.

What I initially thought was going to be the final interview of the week was Cam of Veio. I had the chance to interview Cam and Kris a few years ago living in Wisconsin. They are back with a new single “Terminal” which you’ll hear on the Artist Spotlight Monday morning. Check out the interview, HERE. Cam also ran into (not literally) Chris Daughtry in Nashville a few weeks ago. Speaking of Daughtry…

The final, and last minute chance for the fourth interview this week was Chris Daughtry. I’ve never talked to Chris so I was ecstatic at the opportunity to be able to talk with him about covering “Separate Ways” and working with Lzzy Hale. It was  awesome to hear his bucket list of singers he wants to work with as well as his favorite complete albums. As a bonus, it was incredible to hear a guy with a lot of industry experience have the same admiration for Nothing More as I do. Check out the chat with Chris, HERE.
