The Brackets are set for the NCAA Tournament as the selection Committee announced them yesterday. Alabama is the number 1 overall seed and will be in the South Region. The other number one seeds include Purdue in the east, Houston in the Midwest, and Kansas in the West. The Fighting Illini are the 9th seed in the west and will take on 8th-seeded Arkansas on Thursday.
On the ice last night the St. Louis Blues lost at home to the Las Vegas Golden Knights 5-3 the final. Jordan Kyrou had a goal and an Assist for the Blues in the contest and Jordan Binnington made just 26 saves to take the loss in net. The Blues are now off until Wednesday when they will host the Minnesota Wild at the Enterprise Center.
NFL news the Chicago Bears no longer have the number one overall pick in the upcoming Draft as on Friday Bears GM Ryan Poles orchestrated a trade that sent the Bears number one overall pick to the Carolina Panthers. In exchange the Bears receive the 9th overall pick in this year’s draft as well as a 2nd round pick in this year’s draft, a 2nd round pick in the 2025 draft, a first round pick in the 2024 draft and WR DJ Moore.
