That’s where the only winning ticket was sold for the $1.35 billion prize, second largest in Mega Millions history. When that winner comes forward, they could choose a lump sum payout of nearly $725 million before taxes.
It was the first time in about three months that someone matched all the winning Mega Millions numbers.
