If you’ve been buying lots of Powerball tickets recently, you’ll probably want to get a few more before Monday night.
There was another rollover Saturday in the multi-state game, so the all-time record jackpot is pushing even higher… now up to at least $1.9 billion for a single winner. Saturday marked the 40th consecutive Powerball drawing without a big winner, tying the game’s longest dry spell.
The top prize could go even higher ahead of the next drawing. As it stands, a single winner could take a lump sum of a staggering $930 million before taxes.
