There has been widespread reports in the news about the cost of living going up so it is refreshing to hear about a cheap apartment in one of the largest cities in America, except there is a catch. This apartment in this viral video is almost a closet at just 80 x 150 feet but it goes for a very affordable $650 a month in New York City. Some studio apartments in NYC are reportedly going for $2,600 in some spots, and this one based on the tenant’s story was in high demand as well.
