A Taylorville man has been arrested on child pornography charges.
Illinois State Police say 54-year-old Todd Daugherty is facing one count of possession of child porn. State police were called in to an investigation in August when a subject identified Daugherty as being in possession of pornography involving minors. After an investigation, an arrest warrant was obtained and Daugherty was taken into custody by Taylorville and state police and FBI agents at his residence. He was taken to the Christian County Jail.
Bond was set at $250,000.
