Red Hot Chili Peppers have had a pretty busy year coming out of the pandemic. Beloved guitarist John Frusciante rejoined the band on their fresh album ‘Unlimited Love’ back in February which reached number 1 on the charts in 16 countries. That collection of tracks produced the hit ‘Black Summer’.

Just as they got going on a massive stadium tour across the United States with the Strokes and other big name acts as supporting acts, the Rock and Roll Hall of Famers announced another new album ‘Return of the Dream Canteen’ with acclaimed rock producing wizard Rick Rubin at the helm. That new record is due out on October 14th but the hype for their second album this calendar year is getting quite trippy and psychedelic with a new single ‘Tippa My Tongue’ that dropped on streaming platform today.
