Early voting is now underway for the June primary in Illinois.

Registered voters in Sangamon County can cast a ballot during normal business hours in the county clerk’s office downtown. Voting hours will be expanded as the June 28th primary draws near. If you’re not registered, you can do so at the clerk’s office and then cast your ballot at the same time, but you must show two forms of identification, including one with a current address.

If you want to vote by mail, you must request a mail-in ballot by June 23rd.
