A number of downtown roads will be closed through Saturday to accommodate this year’s Fat Ass 5K.
7th between Adams and Jefferson and Washington between 6th and 9th will be closed through 6pm Saturday for pre-race and post-race events. During the race itself, a number of other streets that make up the race route will be blocked. Portions of streets from 3rd to 9th and Jefferson to Cook will be impacted.
Those intersections will be closed around 9am Saturday and should be reopened before noon.
