Another unvaccinated Sangamon County resident has died of complications from COVID-19.
The woman in her 60s becomes the 372nd county resident to lose their life after contracting the virus. Sangamon County is now over 54,000 total cases of COVID since it first appeared here just under two years ago.
Currently, 20 county residents are in the hospital battling COVID.
