Over the weekend I had the opportunity to go to the Winter Farmers Market at Union Station, downtown Springfield. I love farmers markets, especially if you are new to an area, because it gives you a great insight to local and seasonal ingredients and also businesses with great products.

At the Winter Farmers Market, you have vendors both inside and out giving you the option to get out of the cold. All in all, this is a market you would miss out on if you didn’t go. Totally recommended! See below for more details!

The Holiday & Winter Farmers Markets start on Saturday, November 20th, and take place each third Saturday of the month from November – April, for a total of 6 markets.
