“I do my own stunts.”

Anyone who has seen The Fever 333 perform live already knew this.

Frontman Jason Aalon Butler is known to climb scaffolding, hang precariously, and occasionally leap down to whatever lies below. Butler was at it again during the band’s “demonstration” on October 23 in Atlanta, Georgia with Code Orange, Killswitch Engage, and Slipknot. Fan footage shows Jason leaping 10-15 feet from the side-stage scaffolding to the ground, never missing a moment of the song as he emerged back on stage with his bandmates.

Butler has commented on the online footage, even answering one fan’s question about what Jason’s mom thinks of his risky antics.

“How much anxiety does your mom get watching these videos?” He shot back, “She literally calls me weekly about it. Sorry, momma.”
