The late singer of Soundgarden and Audioslave, Chris Cornell will be featured in a documentary-style TV series which investigates the circumstances around the tragic, sudden deaths of celebrities.
‘Autopsy: The Final Hours Of…‘ debuted back in 2014 in the United Kingdom and eventually was re-broadcast on the Reelz Channel in the United States. The series has covered the deaths of James Dean, David Bowie, Muhammad Ali, Andy Kaufman, Johnny Cash, George Michael, James Gandolfini.
Cornell was found dead in his Detroit hotel room on May 18, 2017. The official cause of death was ruled suicide by hanging. Cornell’s family claims while the singer had a prescription for Ativan, a medication used to treat anxiety, a higher than normal dosage may have caused the singer to experience suicidal thoughts.
