Sony Screen Gems has shifted the release of Slender Man from May 18 to August 24. It’s unclear why the distributor has made the decision, but the news also came with their film Cadaver being pulled from release completely.
The Mighty Ducks movie franchise may be headed to a small screen near you. Original Ducks screenwriter Steven Brill and original producer Jordan Kerner are in the early stages of turning the trilogy into a TV show in tandem with ABC Signature Studios. As of now, star Emilio Estevez has not signed on.
Jimmy Kimmel is ready to face his demons. “I dream about it every night,” Oscar host Kimmel tells his “therapist” about last year’s Academy Awards Best Picture snafu. “I’ve tried to get past it…I think I’m losing my mind. And the worst part is, they want me to do it again!” The promo was released just as the nominations for the annual ceremony were announced Tuesday. Are you ready to see Kimmel host again? Netflix put up its list of incoming titles for February 2018. It was there the company confirmed Fullmetal Alchemist will be joining its service as a Netflix Original title. Fans will be able to binge this new live-action version starting February 19.
Carl’s send off from The Walking Dead can’t be contained to the standard 60-minute broadcast slot. As a result, The Walking Dead‘s Mid-Season Eight premiere has been extended to run for 82 minutes. The title of the episode has not yet been revealed. TWD returns February 28.
