What is the Local Bands List? The Bandemonum Local Band List is a group of Central Illinois band links and sound clips for music fans. All types of Central Illinois bands and music are welcome to join. To add your band to the QLZ Bandemonium Local Bands List version 6.0: E-mail WQLZ Bandemonium at: bandemonium@wqlz.com. Send us your band name, link to your website, a small pic or logo if you have one, and a direct link to your sound or video clip if you have one. Please include audio and video clip links that will lead to RealAudio/Video, Windows Media Player, MP3, or Quicktime formats. Boring History of the Midwest Local Bands List (its all about the bands man) The SCW Local Bands List was created by Rob Hansen in 1997 or so as an archive of Midwest Bands. It was created with a ton of help from Robbie "Razor" Cook and Ted Keylon. Thanks guys!! The Local Bands List was originally hosted on SpringfieldConcertWeb.com but now the Bands List has now been moved to WQLZ.com where it belongs mainly so that the bands can get all of the exposure that they deserve. Nowhere else will you find a list like this nor an outlet that supports local bands like WQLZ. A funny thing that we started was: once your band name is on the list it never comes off, even if your band breaks up or whatever.
